Drop-in Open Studio Sessions

Service Description

Requirements: Must have taken at least one 6-Week class at Portland Clay House Ages 16+ These sessions are for former students or current students between sessions. are self-guided, no instruction is provided. We will have studio staff available answer questions. You must have taken a multi-week class with us and know all the studio policies rules and cleaning procedures. __________________________________________________ Please read our comprehensive FAQ's https://portlandclayhouse.com/drop-in-studio#drop-in-faqs Bisque-firing You will need to schedule sessions to manage your greenware pieces (for example trimming). If you'd like us to move your bone piece to the firing shelf, contact us and we will do that for you. Glaze firing If you'd like to use our studio and glazes (dipping glazes only) on your pieces then you'd book a drop-in session. We fire to cone 6 and if you didn't make your piece here we need detailed information on the clay used. We have firing size limits so email us if you have more questions regarding this. After 30 days we will remove unfired or unglazed pieces. ______________________________________________ **Standard disclaimer** Portland Clay House makes no guarantees on the end product.
